White River Credit Union is excited to announce that we have a new service coming your way that’ll make it easier than ever to connect to us and have your questions answered.
Coming soon, we’ll be rolling out the WRCU chatbot, an AI-powered virtual assistant that will provide help you out by providing White River CU’s hours and operations, helping you get answers to commonly asked questions, and guiding you through our services.
The WRCU virtual assistant will be available on Facebook Messenger, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa. Stay tuned for more information in the next couple of weeks!
